Moon Ring
A beautiful moon ring appeared the other night in the skies above Maine. Few things about the night sky I like better. I brought the kids outside to see it. Colin said, "MOON!"
You have to turn off the flash and leave the shutter open until it collects enough light to make an exposure (the camera does this automatically). Sometimes it takes several seconds. It is best to use a tripod as any movement will cause blurring. Then you should get good nighttime pictures, even of the moon or stars.
